Ankura Capital Advisors Served as the Exclusive Financial Advisor to DCL

Ankura Capital Advisors advised Pigment Services Inc. (DCL Corporation), a leading pigment manufacturing company, on the sale of certain assets to the Lorama Group Inc. The transaction includes DCL Corporation's Monteith and Waterfoot operations and will help Lorama expand its liquid dispersion offerings and geographic footprint in Europe. The transaction closed as of February 7th, 2025.
