Director
Abhishek is a Director at Ankura, based in London. He provides advisory services to clients across various sectors, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, recapitalizations, and divestitures in both stable and distressed situations.
Before joining Ankura, Abhishek developed his buy-side expertise at the American Industrial Acquisition Corporation as an associate, where he was chiefly responsible for conducting thorough due diligence and preparing investment materials. He further refined his buy-side skills at Teak Partners SF LLC and showcased his entrepreneurial abilities through a real estate venture. Abhishek began his career in oil and gas operations with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, gaining valuable operational insights that have strengthened his advisory skills.
Abhishek’s professional experience encompasses a selection of notable transactions, including:
