Managing Director
Criss “CJ” DeKreek is a Managing Director at Ankura with over 15 years of experience providing valuation and financial advisory services for clients seeking assistance with regulatory compliance, transaction support, financial reporting, strategic decision making, tax compliance, and litigation support. CJ is a key member of Ankura’s life sciences valuation practice and is based in Atlanta. CJ has significant experience advising biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies on the valuation issues they face. CJ routinely assists clients with valuations for regulatory compliance. This experience includes valuations of fee-for-service arrangements, including bona fide service fees, for services provided by his client’s customers, such as specialty pharmacies, specialty distributors, 3PLs, wholesalers, group purchasing organizations, and pharmacy benefit managers, among others.

In addition, CJ has a broad range corporate finance experience including exclusive sale transactions, financings, strategic advisory services, financial restructurings, valuations, and fairness opinions to clients in a wide variety of industries including life sciences, healthcare, homebuilding, paper and packaging, technology, and consumer products.
